Weds 7/6 Report

     Not good conditions for the channel fishing so we started on the flats picking a few shorts and a couple of keepers.  When they got right we jumped in and started to pick just in time for a ship to come through and ruin it. After he passed we tried the channel again but to no avail. Decided to try another area and got lucky with a change of tide drift picking shorts and a good amount keepers to make  the morning trip good.  On the afternoon trip we had good conditions to drift the bay and picked away at shorts and a few keepers. Went back to the spot where we had a good shot of fish in the morning but only caught a few. Here are some pics and don't forget the fair is in town so get down early, 12 :30 for the afternoon trip to get a good spot when the morning guys  leave. See you soon and here are some pics.
