We have been fishing mostly inshore but when conditions are good we venture off more. The problem with the off shore fishing is that it is on sticky bottom and if one is not used to it you can loose a lot of rigs. On the upside yo have a chance to get some sea bass (one pp). Saturday morning we got lucky on a more local spot with a decent gang of customers, picking away at short fluke and a fair amount of keepers, along with the dog fish and skates. The wind kicked up in the afternoon and we had to stay very local as even the all day boats had to retreat to the bay. Still managed a couple of keepers and a pick of shorts. Went back this morning only to find mostly shorts and couple of keeper fluke. Decided to cancel the afternoon with the forecast and lack of interest, especially after getting caught in a squall on Fri afternoon with 60 + mph winds. Back at it tomorrow on our one trip 8 -2 trip. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.
