We went over 40 miles total on Friday, looking for fish and found some east of Debs inlet (east Rockaway)and off of long beach, long island, but they did not want to bite, birds and fish on top but not hungry. All for naught as we never had a bite. Today we went out with a handful of fisherman since it was such a nice day, but in a different direction and did find some fish but not none we could keep. Rick was the man boating 2 fish @ 46 and 45 inches, obviously overs, and lost one at the boat. Mike C also boated at 40 inches. So come and get your trophy fish, you may not go home with it but will have picture of a life time. Sailing tomorrow but NOT on Monday with the weather turning again.
