We made it out with a small group and heard the ocean was rough but we decided to try it anyway as we caught a few the day before there. It was not nice but we made our way down and found fish and birds but again very hard to catch. Besides being hard to hook some people will not listen as we told them what to do and what to use. Very frustrating, in fact if you haven't fished for them before and will not listen then don't bother coming. We did boat a couple, of course too big and lost a few but they were there and we should have caught a lot more. 12 yr old Raffaele boated his biggest fish ever at 39", cause he listened. Russ also boated a 46" monster after losing one one after a ten minute battle. No body went today, Monday, with the forecast but we will be going the rest of the week if enough show up and weather permitting.. We are till on a 8 AM - 2pm schedule, but don't know how much longer, and the other boats leave at 7:30 so I have to make a decision at that time weather to go or not so call if you will be later than 7:30 AM.
