On Fri we picked at the fish but not the best of conditions so we had to anchor, but put a catch together, of mostly sea bass but a few keeper black fish and some porgies mixed in. Nobody has sailed or fished since then so we do not know what to expect after this northeaster but will try on Thurs or Fri, watching the weather for Thurs. If the fishing does not pan out we may be switching to Stripers but I think it is a little too early. , and would rather bottom fish a little longer.
