Friday 8/12 report

    We started out where we caught a few the day before and made 2 long drifts picking only a few shorts and sea robins but did get a keeper fluke out of it. Tried another area to get a few more keepers but not enough. Danny Wong did manage 3 keepers for the morning but not the pool. On the afternoon trip we did have a good bite of shorts that kept everyone busy including these young men who got multiple shorts, up to ten,  for their fist trip and a couple of keepers. Got a few other keepers too including teacher Bobs pool fish of about 5 lbs so it was not a bad afternoon and we we did NOT get RAINED ON.  It was on the warm side but a constant breeze made it tolerable.
