The conditions were not like the last few days so fishing was not the same. Wind against tide that I though would help us slow the drift but they did not bite like yesterday. Picked some keeper fluke and shorts. On the afternoon trip the drift got too fast but but we did catch a few keeper fluke and some shorts. Thanks for looking in and here are a few pics.
Is anyone reading my post besides my competitors ? Another good morning with limits on very nice water, flat calm. Picked at the beginning and then it got good, but unfortunately some of the younger folks were not interested, whats this world coming to. Look at the top of the pic list. Several limits of keeper fluke (3) and some with 2 and one on down. And again the afternoon winds made fishing tough with a very low turnout. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.
After the wind on Sunday was not sure what to expect but the seas were calm and we had a few good drifts where Shawn and his girl both got their 3 fish limit as did Mike and Bill. Others had two keeper fluke, like Rich who also took the pool, and some one or none. On the afternoon trip the wind came up and hindered where we could fish but Artie got his 2 keepers and the pool along with a few other keepers and shorts. Sailing every day, 7 days including holidays, @ 8 AM and again @ 1:30 PM. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.
Had another decent morning until the wind against the current made it too rough but Tim still managed to get his limit of 3 and some with 2, or one keeper fluke along with a few sea bass. The afternoon was slower but we did pick at some shorts but not as many keeper fluke as we could not fish where we wanted until the tide changed. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.
We had another good morning trip but not as good as Friday's. Couple of limits by John Leone and Jimmy Lee in the morning along with other two and one keeper fluke and sea bass around the boat. On the afternoon trip Ken got his limit of keeper fluke and the pool but only a few others around the boat. Sailing every day, 7 days, @ 8 AM and again @ 1:30 PM.
