Lets start with today as we only made the morning trip with small group and the forecast killed it for the afternoon. Picked at some shorts and a couple of keepers. Weds morning we did get some keepers but again the short action was not there. On the afternoon trip we did double digits in keeper fluke but we had to work at it by power drifting. Tomorrow looks nice so hope the conditions come together. Hope to see you on the dock and thanks for looking in, here are some pics Weds first.
We had a nice morning picking away at the fish and again double digits in keepers spread around the boat. The conditions changed in the afternoon with a cooling breeze but the drift was not right so we only a few keepers and a slow pick. Sailing two trips, every day, rain or shine. Did not have a good turnout on Sunday I guess with the weather forecast witch was wrong. Not as many keeper fluke as the day before but some guys still got two. Same thing on Monday but a little less action. Sailing 2 trips every day, 7 days a week, rain or shine at 8 AM & 1:30 PM. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.
We started fishing in the morning to find not drift but did boat some shorts and a couple of keeper fluke. Went to other areas and had a drift to pick on the fish, mostly short fluke some sea robins etc but did manage keeper fluke to make double digits with Marty Zac getting his limit in the morning. On the afternoon trip it was just a pick on fish but did get double digits in keeper fluke again with a couple of guys getting two but not limits, not bad for a half day trip One young man came back out with his dad to boat two keepers including the pool fish of about 6 lbs and Bob O Kubiak got another 2 keepers. On the afternoon trip the action was slower but more keeper fluke came aboard in the double digit numbers. One guy had a limit and couple guys had two on down and it was a fun trip.
