Rest of Friday report and Sat 6/29 report Sailing Sunday AM only

     As I said the morning trip on Friday was just ok, mostly shorts and other fish along with some keeper fluke, but the afternoon was pretty good as we did double digits again in in keeper fluke, couple guys with two like John, who split the and on down. Today there was too much wind, but we put fish in the boat, mostly shorts and other fish and other fish along with some keeper fluke on the morning trip, but the afternoon was even slower. We ARE sailing tomorrow morning but NOT the afternoon. Thanks for looking in and here are pics from Fri and today.

Thurs 6/27 Repeat of last two days, better PM

    The last two days, Tues and Weds, we have had better fishing(catching) on the afternoon trips, conditions (better drift) and less boats. Tommy from the Atlantic Star got his limit in the afternoon but not the pool, as we hit double digits in keeper fluke again, with lots of action. The morning trip was not bad as we got close to double digits in keepers as Mike got his two and almost the pool but Roger took those honors. Sailing every day,weather and people permitting, including holidays. BTW The fair is coming to the harbor so give yourself extra time to park as two lots will be closed and the commuters take up our parking.  Thanks for looking in land here are pics of some of the keeper fluke, afternoon ones first.

Weds 6/26 Fair AM but good PM, Double digits again

       Had a tough AM trip with bad conditions as we  picked at the shorts with a few keeper fluke to go home, but as good as some of the all day boats. On the afternoon trip we got it going with mate Chucks girl, Jayne, showing the guys up by getting her limit plus (4) keeper fluke and just missing the pool, as Mike, a former Atlantic star customer, nailed it at the end. Couple of others with 2 keeper fluke and some one and others just making memories with a nice day and shorts,etc. Back at it tomorrow and don't forget its not the fishing its the conditions where we want to fish that makes the difference. Tues 6/25 Slow AM - good PM

     We had wind against the tide where we wanted to fish so we tried other areas but not good, just some short fluke and a keeper. As the wind decreased we ventured out and had a decent drift and picked away at the fish but mostly short fluke and the other usual things. On the afternoon trip we had good drifting conditions and had a nice pick of keeper and short fluke, with Voodoo Al getting his limit of keeper fluke, Freddy got 2, Tim got two, along with other singles around the boat. I also want to apologize for cancelling Monday afternoon but glad it did as the winds really picked up, more than they predicted, sorry if you made the trip down for nothing. Should be going out on both trips today, Weds, and here are pic of some of the keepers. Thanks for looking in and call if you are not sure if we are going or not.

Monday 6/24 Not sailing this afternoon

    Not enough showed up this morning so we are cancelling the afternoon trip with the winds picking up. Thank you for checking in.

Sat / Sun 6/22 & 23 reports

     I could not do reports with the lost of power Sat after the storm, it was a good one but we made it through it. The weekend fishing (catching) was not as good a s the days before, due to conditions and too many boats in the area. We still managed to put some keeper fluke into the boat along with shorts and etc. Hope the change in weather this week will turn them on.
