Thurs 6/2 surprise !

     I got down the boat and only 4 on board around 7 a m.  then to our surprise quite a few more showed up but at the boat it was cool, cloudy and breezy. I' m sure up north was nice but compared to yesterday we did not expect a big turn out. Went out with the old wind against tide and very little drift so we knew we were in for a tough morning. Picked a few beauties but not enough so tried other areas with the same results. The last area we fished we pick enough to double the catch and semi save the day with Bill Bergen ending up with 4 keepers. On the afternoon trip we expected a repeat of yesterday but it didn't happen right away. Had to go a little farther ant then started picking some nice fish with a few big blues mixed in. Ended up a nice afternoon for fishing as Roger Lee got his limit of 5 but the weather was not that nice with most wearing sweatshirts. Pool winners on both trips about 6 lbs so here are some pics and hope to see you soon. Sailing daily rain or shine.
