Weds/ Thurs reports 7/31 & 8/1 A hot morning

I cancelled Weds AM trip with the forecast, not doing that again, as it turned out nice. On the afternoon trip we got out with 11 people and tried areas where we had a drift. Picked at shorts and had action with the other fish we catch. This morning we had a good first drift with a nice pick of shorts and other fish along with some keeper fluke, always looking forward to that first keeper for the pool. Went back and caught some more but as the morning went on it slowed up. It was hot as the breeze did not cone up until late. Still ended up with double digits in keepers and a lot of short fluke. Trooper Bill's grandson, Lian ?  took the pool with a 5.8 lb beauty, and super Dave got 2 keeper fluke. On the afternoon trip the wind slowed up the drift but it made it very comfortable, and we still had nice action with the fish with Ron taking the pool at the end, although they forgot his picture. Bob Wayvro got his keeper and a keeper weakfish. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.
