Not going out tomorrow Tues 11/22

   Just got the updated marine forecast and it was gale warning thru the afternoon tomorrow, gusts to 40 kts. Therefore we will not be sailing tomorrow so see you on Weds. We will let you know about turkey day fishing. Thanks for looking in.

Saturday's report and schedule update

     The morning started off slow as we bounced around to several spots, picking only a few keeper blackfish and shorts, along with sea bass and porgies. We finally got on one spot that produced the most keeper blackfish  to 8 lbs (but not in the pool) including a 6 1/2 lber that wont the pool by Jimmy Lee who also limited out. Some had 4 or 5 keeper black fish  but most with one or two  or no keepers but did have short action.. We will be sailing on Weds but not sure about tomorrow yet with the wind forecast. I will decide this evening with the updated forecast. The same goes for Thursday with the showers forecast, will let you know. Here are some pics form Sat's trip and thanks for looking in.

Not sailing Sun & Mon 11/20 & 21

   Just a heads up, we will not be going out tomorrow Sunday or Monday due to the gale force winds. Today however ,looks good if you read this on time. Hope to see you later or on Tues. Another note, we were originally planning on sailing on Thanksgiving morning, but not sure now that they are calling for showers. i will post something on Weds or give me a call. Friday 11/18 Blackfish Report

Went out and tried a new area and it started off ok with bad conditions. Managed some keeper blackfish. When that died we moved on to another area. Finally found a spot that produced more keepers and shorts. Very nice day on the water, everyone went home with dinner. Poll winner was about 7lbs. Hope to see you tomorrow, thanks for looking in. Sunday's forecast doesn't look good.

Thurs 11/17 Not like yest.

      Headed out to where we fished yesterday and the conditions were not as good.  We started to pick but not good,  some keeper blackfish and some shorts with porgies and a few sea bass mixed in. Shifted a few times with the same results. All in all just a fair day but a nice day on the water with a nice group of fishermen and women. Sailing every day but watch - (go to bottom of screen)

the weather for Sunday and Monday cause of the wind. I will let you know and bty we will try to sail turkey day but only form 7:30 to 1 pm at a reduced cost of $50 pp.  Hope to see you soon and thanks for looking in. Here are a few pics.

Weds 11/16 Tog time

     Very nice day today but for opening day a disappointing turnout. Had a long first drop picking away at fish but mostly shorts but decent action. Only made one other move  and caught some more but not as much action. Everyone went home with blackfish and only a few sea bass and porgies were caught. Sailing every day so hope to see you soon and thanks for  looking in. Here are a few pics.

Mon 11/14 Another good one

     I was an even nicer day on the water then yesterday but we had to go a little farther out to find the fish. It started off like we would limit out in no time but then the boats came and it got tougher to get on the fish. By the end of the trip we limited out on 28 +  inch keepers and almost limited on slots. so everyone went home with fish.  Tomorrow is not looking good so we will not be shaping up but will be on Weds for the black fish.
