Tues/Weds 7/17 & 18

    The weather on Tues morning was not bad but we did get a squall on the afternoon trip that hampered the fishing. The weather man was right for once, but it didn't last long. Not much doing on both trips with mostly shorts and a keeper or two. This morning the wind came on and I thought we would have a decent day with the drifting conditions but I was wrong. Picked mostly shorts and only a couple of keepers. Going out in the afternoon we did not drift at all but did get a couple of keepers and some shorts until we moved to another area and picked away at shorts and a few keeper fluke. Sun/Mon reports

   On Sunday morning  the down pour at 7 AM did not help the turn out despite the calls I had. We ended up ok only because they didn't predict it. Conditions were not good with the strong moon tides and the wind in the wrong direction. We did pick shorts but only a few keepers. The afternoon trip was very lite with customers with just enough to go out but it turned out very nice. Picked away at shorts with a couple of keepers mixed in.  This morning we had a decent pick of shorts and some keepers on very nice day. The afternoon trip turned out good with long drifts in the bay picking at shorts and  one guy, John Porzio, getting a limit with some with two keepers, some one and couple with only shorts. Sat 7/14 Not bad

   Went out to where we have been fishing the last to mornings to find a lot of boats. Set up for our drift and picked some keepers and shorts. until the wind took over the current. the wind died and the current took over and we again started to pick away at shorts, keepers and other fish. Freddy got his limit of 3 and some with 2 and on down.  On the afternoon trip we made long drifts with not much action but did pick some keepers and a few shorts in the bay. One man did get his limit and Kenny got 2 and some with one keeper. Here are some pic and hope to see you soon. Got a few calls for  the morning so get down early for you spot. Friday the 13 th

    So much for that date, we had a good morning trip picking away at shorts, sea robins, dogfish sharks and keeper fluke. We had a limit on down and even Bob(Bill) got two keepers. The afternoon turned out good too, although with not as much action. What else can I say so come on down. Here are a few pics of some of the fish and thanks for looking in.
