Tues 6/25 rest of the pics

    We sailed both trips today but with only a handful of anglers, guess the weather forecast did us in again. Decent action with the shorts but no keepers in the morning and the same in the afternoon with a couple of keepers. One of the few days with no wind and when the sun broke through it got hot and sticky. Here are some more pics from the past trips and thanks for looking in.

Mon 6/24 - 10 lb beast and pics of others

    We had a better fishing this morning with more keepers and more shorts. One of the better trips of this lousy season. Went back there in the afternoon and had decent action with shorts but had trouble getting keepers. We made up for it with a 10 lb  beauty caught by a beauty of a young lady, Alexa Bickauskas( who I have known since she was ten). Here are some pics but will post the rest of the pics tomorrow, and hope  things will now pick up. Thanks for looking in.

Not much change thru Sat

   We did not get out on Thurs and went with only a few anglers on Friday both trips. Saturday's nice weather brought the people out but the fishing is the same with only a few keeper fluke coming aboard with a pick of shorts. More wind than we like on Saturday so it was a little rolly but not rough. Looks much nicer for today, Sunday. No pics with the report, just an update as we are waiting for more fish to move in. Update thru Weds

    We did make both trips on Monday and the weather was as bad as they said. Picked some shorts and couple of keepers in the morning   but only shorts in the afternoon, losing a keeper on top. Did not make it out on Tuesday but made both trips on Weds. In the morning we again had a couple of keepers and some shorts but had better action with shorts and a few keepers in the afternoon. The only reason we got out in the afternoon was we had a group that came down but other than that there was not enough for even one boat to go out. We will see what happens today but I don't expect many  or not enough to show up. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.

Sunday 6/16 Happy fathers day to all

    We made both the trips with not as big a group as expected in the morning, sorry if I told you we would be railed and Roger Lee did donate Sea tiger visors to the the young ones and some older ones. Had better fishing in the morning then the last few trips with decent short action and more keepers.  The afternoon  trip was also ok but half the fishermen with the weather forecast. Picked shorts and a couple of guys did ok getting two keepers each. Thanks for looking in and be sailing every day even though the weather looks a little iffy this week. Here are some pics.

Sat 6/15 & pics

    Nice morning today, and we headed out to areas we could not fish yesterday. Picked shorts and a few keepers but still not good. On the afternoon trip the wind kicked up again, when does it stop. We were restricted to where we could fish so picked at some fish but it was not good. Here are some pics and thanks for looking in. Friday 6/14 the Wind

   Some weather people had it right and some didn't. We had westerly winds to over 30 mph  so we could not fish where we wanted to but made the best of it trying to keep it comfortable. Slow fishing with a some shorts, skates a couple of robins, but we did get a couple of keepers in the morning. We did not make the afternoon trip with only 2 showing up but it didn't bother me after the morning we had. Today looks great so come down early and tomorrow (father's day)should be ok in the morning although we will be sailing both trips. Will post pics tonight and thanks for looking in.
