Sunday 8/6 Carlos did it and sailng tomorrow

     It was a beautiful Sunday morning but not a good showing of customers to our surprise. Carlos got the pool by a fraction with a 4 lber and also got a slot fish. On the afternoon trip he really shined getting his limit and his partner also got one so they went home with their limits. Several people got two in the morning and some one on down and the same in the afternoon although we had more people the afternoon which rarely happens. Yes, despite the forecast, which has been wrong more than right lately, we will be sailing the morning. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics of today's catch.

Fri /Sat reports Jayne showed the guys up

      The fishing was not that good on Friday, I guess after the hard south wind on Thurs PM. Rodney took the pool with is keeper fluke in the morning. Only a handful for the afternoon with the B S forecast AGAIN , of course we did not get any weather, but we picked at some short fluke and a couple of keepers.   This morning we had  better fishing(catching) with a decent amount of keeper fluke around the boat and good short action. Some with 2 and one on down. On the afternoon trip, Jayne took the honors by catching the pool fish along with the 3 other keepers that she caught, and gave a couple away. thanks for looking in and you never know what the day will bring. Thurs 8/3 Ok AM windy PM

     We had a good first drift picking at short and keeper fluke along with all other fish, sea robins, skates and dogfish. Then conditions changed and it was hard to keep the lines straight but we managed to put a few more keeper fluke on in the boat. By the end of the trip One man had his limit of 3, a couple of guys with 2, on down.  On the afternoon trip the winds really kicked up and we only managed a couple of keepers by Don and his son, but did pick at the short fluke. Sailing every day, 7 days, rain or shine @ 8 AM and again @ 1 :30 PM.  Thanks for looking in and here are some pics. 

Tough Tues but ok Weds 8/1 & 2

       The fishing ( catching) has not been good but it picked up today with double digits in keepers this morning and a decent afternoon. Only a few keeper fluke on both trips on Monday but a little better today. Mindy pulled it out at the of the morning on the last drift, so never give up.  This afternoon John Porzio got the pool and his 3 fish limit plus and this morning we had a tie for the pool.
