Sun 8/13 Good AM conditions but not PM

    We had nice drifting conditions in the morning however the fish did not want to cooperate picking slowly at the fish , short fluke and other things along with a some keeper fluke. Lou got his two but not the pool. On the afternoon trip the wind kicked up, was not suppose to, and wind against the current made it uncomfortable and a very slow drift. Toward the end of the afternoon we started to move as the wind died and we caught a few more fish. Shawn took the afternoon pool. Sat 8/12 Better afternoon conditions

      People often ask which trip is better, AM or PM,  again it depends on conditions. You must have a drift to catch fluke and in the morning we did no so only picked slowly at the fish, but did in the afternoon until it got too fast. More keepers and short action with Marek taking the pool and his limit out of the 4 keepers he boated. Thanks for looking in and here are the pics with  the afternoon ones first.

Fri 8/11 Not like yesterday

      We went out to where we had some decent fishing(catching)  but it did not happen. Only picked at the fish slowly with not a lot of action, catching short and a few keeper fluke along with other fish, as always.Young Joey took the pool with one of his two keepers and John also got two keepers.  The afternoon was not much better as we put a few keeper fluke in the boat with teacher Bob Sabo taking the pool with his 4+ lber, Thanks for looking in and here are some pics.

Thurs 8/10 Nice morning

     Once we found a drift in the morning we picked away at the fish including short and keeper fluke with couple getting 2, some one and others just shorts but everyone caught fish. the rain held off until we were on the way in and that killed the afternoon. Sailing every day, 2 trips, @ 8 AM and again @ 1:30 PM. Thanks for looking in and Hope to see you soon and here are some pics.

Weds 8/9 Decent AM tough PM

    We had a nice morning bite although the conditions were not the best with the wind and it got a little rolly. We hung in there and put together a nice catch of  keeper fluke, with decent short action. Mike got his limit and Big Al got the pool in the morning. On the afternoon trip we started in close waiting for the tide to change then ventured out but it did not come together the way we expected it to. Slow pick on  shorts and only a few keeper fluke with Mel taking the poo with a beauty.  Sailing tomorrow morning but not sure if the afternoon will be good with the rain  forecast, we will be there to go out, but you may want to pick a better day. Tues 8 / 8 The wind and the ladies

     The kicked up in the morning but against the current therefore a slow drift not covering the ground. We picked at shorts and keeper fluke with Mindy getting her two keepers and Sandy taking the pool. On the afternoon trip the wind was worse so we stayed more local and again picked at a at a few shorts and keeper fluke with Howard's grand daughter getting the pool with one of her two keepers, good job. Back at it today, Weds, sailing @ 8 AM and again @ 1:30 PM, but tomorrow afternoon is not looking good as of now so call tome morning if you are thinking of coming down. Monday 8/7 F N weather people, can't get it right

      We made it out this morning, the only boat, because the weather people can't get it right. A little rain early and one little shower out there, not enough for a rain coat. A nice cool day and we picked away at the fish, mostly shorts but also some nice keeper fluke. Shawn took the pool with one of his two and came back out in the afternoon to finish his limit and take the afternoon pool.
