Thurs 8/17 - 9 lbs of fluke

      On the morning trip we had some short action and then went to look for some keepers. Mindy who only comes a few times a year with us caught a nice 4 lbr. We went on to get a couple of more keepers and then tried a another area. Mindy then comes up with a nice 5 lber that ended up taking the pool.  We also caught a 4 .5 lber on the same drift. The afternoon trip was less eventful but  and less action but we did get keepers with less short action. Marty and Howard both got a keeper (sorry Paul) as well as a few others around the boat. The pool winner was caught by a guy who has not got a keeper this year but had his hopes up. Here are a few pics and thanks for looking in. We didn't make it out this morning with the lack of patrons and the afternoon is not looking good as its raining already down here.
