Despite the heat warning on Monday we got out on both trips and it was actually not too hot. Westerly breeze kept it comfortable and we did pick at shorts and few keeper fluke on both trips. This morning we headed out to the ocean and picked away at shorts again with a few nice keeper fluke along with a nice Spanish mackerel. On the afternoon trip the fish were even bigger, but we were restrained to the bay with the wind that kicked up. Here are some pics except for the Monday morning trip, operator failure. The guy in the blue tank top caught keepers on both trips. Thanks for looking in and here are some pics. Please do not forget your masks for boarding, thank you.
Thank you Capt. Half and 1 st mate!!! for putting fish on the lines at every drift. A Memorable day as I caught my first Fluke.
ReplyDeleteThe keepers are tricky to catch!
