We sailed with a small group of novices, all rod rentals except for one, so I knew we had our job cut out. Had some good readings on the first couple of drifts but produced nothing. Tried a few different areas and finally found some fish that we hungry. Danielle caught her first striper ever at 34.5" While another young lady caught 4 but only one keeper. Ended up with a half a limit of keepers and some shorts which I was very grateful for. Back at it tomorrow, sailing at 7:30 AM , morning tip only but two trips Fri thru Sunday.
