Went out today with a nice group of "hoodie" regulars and others, (guys that had the kick'n Bass sweat shirts). Bob the truck driver, broke his cherry for this year to start off with a big one on the first drift. Stayed more local today and put a few big fish from 35" to 47" in the boat with Wild Bill boating 3 and Big Mike Q taking 2 including the pool fish @ 47". A few others around the boat were boated along with a few that were lost, on a beautiful day on the water. To top it off with a Big whale chasing the bunkers, which we saw a few times, along with a bald eagle at the same time. Dolphins also showed up so it was quite a nature show, how do you beat that !? Back at it tomorrow and every day, weather permitting, and don't forget to bring your shads, weighted snagger hooks, and jigs as the live baits that were snagged worked better but other fish were caught on the shads.
