Weds 5/09 At least they have stripes

    We did not get out on Monday afternoon nor did we all day Tuesday with the lack of patronage (not enough to go out).  Made both trips on Weds  and tried to look for fish to jig in the morning but the dense fog did not help. Anchored up and picked at some short stripers, a handful, but no keepers. Like the old saying is , at least they got stripes. On the afternoon trip  the action was slower but we did manage a couple of more shorts. We are now sailing( trying to) every day, 2 trips @ 8 AM and 1:30 PM. On Sunday May 13, mothers day,  we most likely sail morning trip only. The weather does not look that good anyway. Here are a few pics and thanks for looking in.
