Started out where we have been fishing because of the conditions and only saw few short fluke and keeper, got that one out of the way. Went to another area and put a few more shorts and keepers in the boat and was undecided about where to go next. It was decision time and took a gamble that paid off. Started of slow but then they turned on. Several ORLs and couple of limits, along with doubles and singles with decent short action, and of course quite a few sea bass, mostly shorts though. John took the pool honors with one of his 3 keepers at 5.88 lbs, Willie was high hook with 5 keepers, Pat Lamb and ten lb Tim both had 4 keepers, and Bill had his limit as well. 5 fish made it over the 4lb mark but Rick held on to win the monthly pool. One of the better trips of the year, some times you get lucky and some times not. That's why they call it fishing and as they say don't wait to read the report, be in the report. Have not put up pics lately, busy weekend with the double trips, but these pics are ONLY from today and will put the other pics up another time. Thanks for looking in and hope to see you on the boat.
